It has 6 bedrooms: - 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 double bed 140 cm + 1 queen size bed 160 cm with private bathroom). - 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor (2 queen size beds 160cm + 2 double beds 140cm). The accommodation includes a total of 3 bathrooms (including a private one), 3 toilets, a large bright living room, a large fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room in the basement. Outside, enjoy a 6000m2 wooded park, a 5x10m swimming pool, a pool house, several terraces and a barbecue. Important information: The pool is only accessible from early May to early September, depending on the weather. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property: the house, the wooded park, the pool, the terraces, and the outdoor areas. Check-in is self-contained, with a lockbox. All instructions are communicated before the stay. Other things to note The accommodation is located in a very quiet and private environment, conducive to disconnection. The private park is a real asset of the place: a large number of trees planted, various species, landscaped paths, a small stream on the edge... In the immediate vicinity: the Voie Bleue (cycling), the vineyards of Burgundy, the wine villages of Lugny, Cruzille, or the city of Tournus.
