The small farm Draget gård is situated in a scenic and rural area, with sea on both sides. A great starting point with short distance to hiking and sightseeing. Possibility of fishing and boat rental. Close contact with wild boar. The family has lived and vacationed in the old farmhouse for generations. The oldest part is a listed building and was built in the early 18th century. The house was renovated in 2021 with, among other things, a new electrical system and running water, but has retained its original style and charm with a little sloping floor and low ceiling height. The space At Draget farm you dispose of the whole house. 1st floor consists of living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, storage room and hallway. The 2nd floor has a loft living room with a wide single bed. Bedroom 1 is a cozy little room with a small double bed (120 cm wide). Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 has a double bed (160cm), and an old-fashioned shovel bed that is best suited for children. The old staircase up to the loft can be experienced a little narrow and steep. Parking just outside the house. Proximity to the sea with the possibility to rent a boat, fishing and swimming. 15 minutes to the center of Molde by car. Excellent starting point for day trips to, among other things, the Atlantic Road, Trollstigen, Romsdalseggen. Guest access Large garden overlooking the sea and mountains. Plating with seating area and fireplace. Immediate access to the sea, marina and nature. Free use of boat with oars, with the possibility of renting a motor.
