Draget farm – historic house by the lake, fishing and rowing

The small farm Draget is beautifully situated with a lake on both sides, on an island with a mainland connection just outside Molde. Here are good conditions for tourist fishing and the possibility of boat rental. On the farm, wild sheep roam freely on pasture. You will find a quiet and peaceful atmosphere The farmhouse has been owned by the family for generations. The oldest part is worthy of preservation and was built in the early 1700s. The house was renovated in 2021 with electricity and water, but has retained its original style and charm, with slanted floors and low ceiling height. The space At Draget farm you have the entire house at your disposal. 1st floor consists of living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, storage room and hallway. 2nd floor has an attic room with a wide single bed. Bedroom 1 is a cozy little room with a small double bed (120 cm width) Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 has a double bed (160 cm), and an old-fashioned pull-out bed that is best suited for children. The old staircase up to the attic can be a bit narrow and steep. Parking is just outside the house. Proximity to the lake with the possibility to rent a boat, fishing and swimming. 15 minutes to Molde city center by car. Excellent starting point for day trips to, among other places, the Atlantic Road, Trollstigen, Romsdalseggen. Guest access Large garden with unique views of the Romsdal Alps and the lake. Plating with seating area and fireplace. Immediate access to the lake, marina and nature large outdoor area. Boat rental and fishing opportunities (tourist fishing). No through traffic.
