It's a short walk to Trenance Boating Lake, as well as Newquay town centre and its beautiful beaches, restaurants, bars and shops. Other beautiful places including Holywell beach (famous for being in Poldark) and Crantock beach are within 10 minutes drive. Inside, all the rooms are light, airy and clean. Sleeping 4 there are several spaces for guests to enjoy, including watching the ever changing Gannel River and sunsets from the front terrace. There are two dedicated parking spaces to the rear of the property and lots of on street parking near to the property too.
