On the ground floor we find the living room, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and fireplace. On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with a bathtub. It has air conditioning, winter heating, Italian coffee maker, smart TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, easy parking outside and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place in the same house from 6pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. Groups under 30 years old are not accepted. e remember that parties or music are not allowed to guarantee the rest of neighboring houses. Garden and pool maintenance work will be carried out periodically. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax and documentation.
