Welcome to our lovely garden suite, a bright and airy space on the ground floor of our home. Open up the double French doors and relax on the patio enjoying our charming family garden. Beautiful vineyards and South Downs N.P close by, and fast train connections to Brighton, Gatwick airport and London. Extremely convenient for Princess Royal Hospital, which is a mere 5 minute walk away. Our home is full of life with two young children, so you can expect a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The space On arrival at our home, ample parking on the driveway means you can rest assured your car will be parked safely off road and in easy reach of your our room. After being greeted at our front door, or using the key box to self check in, you’ll turn left and head to your bedroom to the far left of the house, tucked away from our main living area which is off to the right. Your garden suite has double doors opening out onto our pretty garden with lots of different plants and trees for garden enthusiasts to enjoy. Take your 2 seater bistro outside onto the patio to enjoy your evening drink or morning tea/coffee and cereal, or should it be raining, you can set up in the spacious area in front of the doors and still enjoy a lovely green view to the outside. (Please note there is a trampoline off to the left of the doors but this will not be used by our children during your stay). Inside the suite there is a desk and comfy chair, so should you have any work on during your stay please ask us for use of our double monitor should this be helpful. You’ll also find a (large) mini fridge on the desk with your milk and some space for anything you wish to chill during your stay. Adjoining the suite, you have a spacious private wet room with shower, bath and sink. The WC is located just outside the bedroom door on your right, which is a shared space. Guest access The garden suite with private wet room. Patio directly outside the bedroom doors. WC located directly outside the suite. Hallway space for entering and exiting the home. During your stay Ewan works in London, but Rosie works from home most days so will available either in person or by phone. We very much look forward to meeting the guests who choose to stay with us, but will also be respectful of having as little contact as desired. Other things to note While we will of course keep family noise to a minimum, it is good to be aware that this is a family home. We wouldn’t want the occasional distant sound of a laugh/cry to be a surprise to anyone! We also have a friendly little German Spitz called Ralph who will be kept out of your way unless you want to say hello!
