The Studio

A studio apartment in the heart of beautiful Brantome, a two minute walk to the centre with its restaurants, bars, shops and of course, stunning ancient abbey. There is access to the owner's pool where guests can swim or relax on loungers taking in the stunning views of the town and ancient abbey. The property also benefits from private parking. The space You enter Le Studio through your private entrance, French windows, into the bedroom. Off the bedroom is a big bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. Through the other door off the bedroom is the living area, it has a sofa, tv, table and chairs, a breakfast bar separates it from a small kitchenette with hob, sink and oven. There is access to a beautiful swimming pool and sun terrace located within the owner’s garden, with spectacular views of Brantome and the Abbey. The pool is only available to guests of Le Pigeonnier and Le Studio, so a maximum of four guests at any time. All linen and towels are provided including swimming towels. Our other rental property, Le Pigeonnier, is adjacent to Le Studio and consists of a bedroom, shower room downstairs and an open plan living/kitchen/dining room upstairs. It has a two terraces, an enclosed garden and private parking. It is larger than Le Studio but if booked together, it would be perfect accommodation for two couples travelling together.
