This family-friendly house with a flat and stone-built interior is located 10 minutes from downtown Oujda. It can accommodate up to 8 guests in an environment of absolute calm. The space The Accommodation: There are 3 bedrooms and a large Moroccan living room: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 1 Moroccan living room that can accommodate 4 people. 1 shower room (hammam type) 1 toilet The 30 m² kitchen/dining room: Friendly kitchen with small gas stove, fridge, food processors, large gas oven, washing machine. A large door gives direct access to the terrace and pool. Outside: The villa is surrounded by 1 hectare of land of almond trees, olive trees and other plantations, it is a total change of scenery just minutes from downtown. Covered terrace of 45 m² at the rear of the house: This terrace with garden furniture is pleasant throughout the day. Sun-drenched at breakfast time, it shades as the sun and heat rise. The pool (mid-May to November): The pool measures 5x8 m with a depth of 1-2 m. It is buried and surrounded by 140 m² of terrace, nice for sunbathing on the deckchairs. Isolated pool surrounded by a stone wall to protect your privacy. 45 m² covered terrace in front of the house Very nice also for sipping a good glass of mint tea Comfort: Rest Absolute calm, all windows are equipped with blackout shutters.
