Perfect for those looking for tranquility, clean air and a modern and functional home in the heart of Lombardy. The space 🏡 Apartment description • Entrance and living area: Cozy entrance that opens onto a large living area with an open kitchen and living room. Light wood-effect spc floors that give warmth and brightness to the entire apartment. The room is fully furnished and illuminated by large windows overlooking the panoramic terrace, perfect for enjoying outdoor breakfasts or enjoying a sunset over the valley. • Terrace with a view: Large panoramic balcony, perfectly equipped with electric grill, coffee table and folding chairs, ideal for tasty outdoor barbecues with breathtaking views of the unspoiled nature of Valsassina. The space is completed by a comfortable deck chair with a pillow, perfect for relaxing in the sun, sunbathing or immersing yourself in the reading of a good book in total tranquility. • Living room: French sofa bed (1 and a half places) in the living area; very simple and intuitive opening and closing combined with a low table, ideal for moments of relaxation or leisure. The TV area is set up with satellite connection and HDMI to connect consoles or multimedia devices. • Equipped kitchen: The kitchen is practical and functional, equipped with an electric induction cooktop (4 burners) with a suction hood, an air fryer – perfect for crispy and light dishes – and everything you need to start the day with taste: coffee pod machine, kettle and toaster for a breakfast fit for champions. Although there is no traditional oven, the equipment is complete: dishes, pots, cutlery and basic condiments (oil, salt, pepper, oregano, chilli, etc.). The dining table for 4 people can be folded and easily moved to adapt to the needs of space and comfort. Two folding benches with a wooden camping table are also available for guests, ideal for outdoor lunches or convivial moments in freedom. • Sleeping area: Double bedroom overlooking the same terrace, furnished with a double bed and a foldaway single cot (perfect for occasional guests or families with a child). Upon explicit request, it is possible to add a travel/camping cot for children. Very spacious two-door wardrobe, bedside tables with designer lamps, three-compartment dresser for linen and personal items, and vertical slatted curtains that guarantee privacy and darkness. • Modern bathroom: The bathroom combines style and functionality, with light porcelain stoneware coverings, suspended sanitary ware (toilet and bidet), elegant cabinet with countertop sink, mirror with LED spotlight and wall unit to comfortably organize your toiletries. Enjoy moments of pure relaxation in the spacious walk-in shower with smoked glass, rain showerhead, and steel storage stand, ideal for regenerating after a day outdoors. The washing machine already installed completes the comfort, to guarantee maximum autonomy during your stay – without the need to resort to external laundries (in any case present in the village in Margno) • Essential extras: The apartment is equipped with central air heating*, with ceiling vents in each room and a convenient thermostat to adjust the temperature according to your needs. During their stay, guests will find everything they need to feel at home: bed linen and towels included (with the possibility of changing for stays longer than seven days), an initial courtesy kit, basic detergents, toilet paper (one roll per person), slippers (to be stored together with towels at the end of the stay), a hairdryer and a small electric stove for any eventuality. The kitchen is well equipped, with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee pod machine, a toaster, a kettle, an air fryer, an electric grill, as well as dishes, pots, utensils and dishwashing detergent. The equipment is completed by a TV, a radio and a washing machine, for greater autonomy and practicality. * Regarding heating, it is important to know that, according to the condominium regulations, the central boiler is normally off, since the building is composed exclusively of second homes that are not permanently inhabited. Therefore, the activation must be requested at least 48 hours before the check-in date, communicating the request to the host, who will inform the administrator for the activation. Throughout the Christmas period, the boiler will remain on without the need for any request.
