This 4 bedroom, 2 reception room house has its own front door and is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. The space Located on an exclusive Country Estate on the South Staffordshire / Shropshire border, this Grade 1 listed Gatehouse is spacious yet cosy, fully equipped with all you need to offer a comfortable stay. Sympathetically restored, enhancing the properties historic connections the East Gatehouse is a wonderful space to enjoy a relaxing weekend in the countryside or as a base for exploring Shropshire and the West Midlands. Entering the property you will find the sizeable dining room. With a dining table seating 7 this space enables guests to gather and enjoy a meal together, play board games or work / study. There is also additional seating in the form of 2 x sofas enjoying views to the sweeping driveway and woodland beyond. A small selection of books should you wish to sit back & read. The kitchen comes fully equipped, benefiting from a double American fridge freezer with water / ice dispenser, LOR coffee machine and all the essentials you will need during your stay. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with seating for 3 people - this can also double up as a work / desk area. The first King size bedroom is located on the Ground Floor enjoying views to the front of the Estate. There is a downstairs washroom next door. Please note the main bathroom is on the 3rd floor of the property. Ascending the *stairs you will find the main lounge area with ample seating for 7 guests. Smart TV enjoying a basic sky package and views to the front of the Estate and woodland. *Please note there are 2 flights of stairs in the East Gatehouse. As the building is old these are fairly steep. The second king size bedroom is located next to the lounge on the first floor. Countryside views and a wonderfully comfortable bed to relax and listen to the birdsong. This bedroom enjoys a sizeable ensuite bathroom with separate bath and shower plus ample storage. Taking the last flight of stairs, tucked away at the top of the East Gatehouse you will find a large Super King sized bedroom with plenty of storage and hanging space. Next door is the main bathroom with separate shower and bath. A quaint yet characterful single room completes the house layout and provides a great space for 7 guests. Please note there is a communal outdoor seating area within the inner courtyard (please see photo) - no BBQs or ball games are permitted. Guest access The entire East Gatehouse is exclusively yours throughout the duration of your stay. The property enjoys 3 parking spaces within the inner courtyard of the main Hall. Whilst you are staying with us you are welcome to enjoy walking to the front the property as well as enjoying the many local footpaths the area has to offer. In addition the opposite gatehouse sleeps 5. Other things to note Please note we now have super fast fibre broadband connected to the East Gatehouse with unlimited downloads. We also receive 4G mobile network here at The East Gatehouse, Patshull Hall. We have a Tesla electric car charging point available to guests upon arrangement with the host at extra charge. This must be arranged before use.
