The space Our summer maisonette is thoughtfully laid out across three levels, offering comfort, functionality, and a warm holiday atmosphere. On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy living room with a built-in sofa, TV, and air conditioning—ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. Just three steps up is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials, plus a dining table for two. A convenient guest WC is also located on this level. The first floor features two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, and air-conditioning unit, and a second, child-friendly room with a Montessori-style single bed and a chest of drawers. Both bedrooms open onto a balcony, perfect for enjoying a breath of fresh air in the morning. The main bathroom on this floor includes a bathtub and a washing machine for added convenience. The third bedroom is located on the lower ground floor (accessible via stairs from the living room) and offers a quiet retreat with a double bed, bedside tables, and an open wardrobe.
