Accommodation - Clos Maizange

Ideally located at the exit of the A10 highway (Exit 31 St Maixent l'Ecole/Lusignan), 2 km between Niort and Poitiers, halfway between Paris and the Spanish border, and a short distance from Futuroscope, the Marais Poitevin, and Puy du Fou. Tourism: Île de Ré (1 hour by highway) Halles de Niort Tumulus of Bougon, Sanxay (thermal baths, opera in August) Menigoute (bird festival, golf) Melle (the Silver Rocks) The space Towels are not provided, but sheets are included and the beds will be made. Upstairs, a large bedroom with four single beds / possibility of making a king-size bed (180 x 200) with 2 90 cm beds for a couple. On the ground floor, a living room with a sofa, a dining area and an equipped kitchenette: microwave, kettle, coffee maker with classic paper filter (no capsules), electric stove, toaster. Adjoining this space a hallway leads to the bathroom with a walk-in shower and independent toilets. The bedroom window is fitted with double glazing, a mosquito net, and wooden shutters. No animals allowed. Available: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, tea bags, toilet paper ( to be replaced if long stay), household products. Guest access Possibility to park your car inside the property near the vacation rental, with the gate locked. The slightly sloping entrance is on the edge of the D611. There is a dedicated space for this accommodation with a table and chairs. Other things to note The accommodation does not have Wi-Fi at the moment. We have a key box for late check-ins, which is located to the right of the gate next to a small sign that says Clos Maizange. You will find yourself facing two gates; the smaller of the two is the one for the accommodation.
