50 m2 cottage for 4 people with garden, heated outdoor pool open from June 1 to September 30 with private access. Independent garage for 1 car. On the ground floor: kitchen open to the living/dining room, toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, Ideally located on the banks of the Dives, along a pedestrian path, this cottage is a 10-minute walk to the beautiful beach of Cabourg (accessible by a pedestrian walkway). Access by car or train (train station 500 m away). The space The accommodation is equipped with an induction stove, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, electric griddle. Cleaning is to be done at the end of the stay, household products are provided. If you wish, it is possible to have it done by a person whose contact details I will provide (€40 to be paid directly to the person) The bedrooms each have a large closet (shelves and wardrobe). Bed and bath linens are not provided. The location of the cottage makes it particularly quiet because, located along a pedestrian path, there is no car noise. Heated pool open from June 1 to September 30. Private access by magnetic card. 200 m away, you'll find outdoor children's games. Close to all shops and tourist places. Forget the car, you can get everywhere on foot: fishing and boating port, beach, Cabourg, Houlgate, Dives-sur-Mer... A little further away for sightseeing: Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, Caen and the landing beaches.
