Modern Guesthouse in Ludmilla

Our bright and comfortable one-bedroom, one-ensuite guesthouse is the perfect base for exploring Darwin. Located in quiet, green Ludmilla, right next to the airport, the space is ideal for couples, solo travellers, or small families. While the guesthouse has one bedroom, there's also a fold-out double bed in the living area, allowing it to comfortably sleep up to four guests. The space The guesthouse is fully self-contained and air-conditioned, with a kitchenette equipped with a stovetop, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and all the basic cookware and utensils you’ll need for your meals. (There’s no oven or BBQ.) Relax indoors with the TV and fans, or cool off in our large, shared pool — available to guests during daylight hours. We have two friendly dogs (one large, one small), and two young children (ages 3 and 1), so you may hear a bit of family life from time to time. We do our best to keep things quiet and respectful. For guests staying longer than 5 nights, access to a washing machine can be arranged. Please note you do have to go through the bedroom to access the bathroom and there is one main air conditioner in the main room. It is large so cools the whole guesthouse. The guesthouse is completely private and has its own entrance. You'll have full access and are welcome to use the pool during the day.
