Fully equipped apartment

This is my business apartment which I use when working in Lucerne. Since I'm using it only a couple of months per year I let you rent it for your business trip or holiday while I'm not there. It's located in a very quite area, short walk away from train and bus station. You reach Lucerne downtown by train in around 15 minutes or 25 minutes by bus. Large grocery shops are nearby. You can park your car for free in the underground car park. Dirty clothes can be machine washed and dried. The space The flat is a equipped with all the tools you need to have a comfortable stay. What's NOT there: - Coffeemachine (there is a Italian Coffeemaker Mokkastyle) - couch to relax - dushgel and shampoo. Please note: - the mattress is medium-hard. - the bed is at a relative low level, so if you encountering troubles in standing up from low positions, this could be a problem. - the bathtube is used for showering as well. to get in the tube, you need to take a large step to get in and out. If you have issues with your equilibrium, that could be a problem. The underground car park has a height of 1.95m. Please verify that your car fits in. Vans, motorhomes or similar are usually to big for this parking.
