Entire top floor of the house served by a private entrance on top a set of stairs. A darling, bright, spacious apartment with all amenities. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the LV. If your party requires separate bedding there is a $15 surcharge for it. Please inquire about it at rental time. I live here part of the year and then travel. My home is your home when I am gone. The apartment is located on the second floor and has a nice deck that take you to the front door. This is a No shoes house, so please leave them outside. It is an open floor concept. The second part of the house is a master bedroom with a large bathroom with tub. The laundry room is located downstairs, outside. Trash are also located downstairs to the front of the house under deck area. The trash is shared with downstairs tenants. If you are staying for more than the minimum stay and want more space in the closet and fridge, let me know so I can free up some space for you. Please keep in mind that I live here and it is a furnished space to accommodate a live in person- Not suitable for children. You will have access to the entire upstairs of the house. I rent my place when I am traveling, so most likely I will not see you. But if you happen to be arriving the day I am leaving then we might cross path. I have a person who takes care of my guests when I am gone. She has been a host with her own Airbnb for 8 years. You will be in good hands. Please ask before you arrive if you have special needs. The ocean is straight down the street. You can almost walk your eyes closed to the ocean. Aptos beach one of the longest in Santa Cruz County. Never too crowded because there is so much space. The best way to come to my house is to have a car. Or you could arrive by bus in Santa Cruz, there is a bus station right across the street and then try a Taxi or Uber. There is one parking space only for your car behind the house (parking picture included under Photos) and plenty of parking around the corner. The parking space behind my house is rather small, make sure you park behind the stairs to leave 2 spaces on either side of your can and please keep your car rental small, if you rent one and if you come with yours keep in mind that the space is for a small car, so you might have to park around the corner on the main street.
