Sandy Toes can comfortably sleep up to 14 guests (maximum 12 adults) across 5 bedrooms. Upstairs, guests will find a queen bedroom and downstairs, there are 4 additional bedrooms, including 2 with queen beds, one with 2 trio bunk beds (top bunks are only suitable for children), and another with a queen bed. Quilts and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea-towels) with them for their stay, or linen can be hired. There are 2 bathrooms at Sandy Toes, making it easy for larger groups to enjoy their stay. The main bathroom is located downstairs and features three-way access to a bath, walk-in shower, toilet, vanity, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, the ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity, and there is also an additional separate toilet for convenience. For year-round comfort, Sandy Toes features reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning throughout the home, with ceiling fans in the upstairs living and dining areas. An electric fireplace in the upstairs lounge provides a cosy atmosphere during the cooler months. The upstairs level offers an open-plan layout with a spacious lounge, dining and kitchen area, opening onto an outdoor entertaining balcony with sea views. The lounge features a comfortable chaise lounge and a large television with USB and HDMI ports. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stovetop, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine (guests should bring standard Nespresso-compatible pods), dishwasher and large French-door fridge/freezer. Small appliances include a kettle, toaster and airfryer, with bar stool seating at the kitchen counter and a large dining table for shared meals. Downstairs, the family and games room offers a second living space with a wall-mounted television, bar fridge and foosball table, with direct access to the rear yard. Laundry facilities provided at the holiday house include a front load washing machine, ironing board and pull-up clothesline located at the side of the house. Sandy Toes offers plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors and coastal views in comfort, with a balcony adjoining the upstairs living area that includes lounge seating, an outdoor dining setting, and a hooded gas barbecue. After a day at the beach, guests can rinse off in the outdoor shower with hot water. A fire pit is available for use in cooler weather (guests must bring their own wood and observe local fire regulations). The unfenced yard also includes a fish cleaning sink for those returning from a day of fishing and the Black Point boat ramp is only a 5-minute drive away for those keen to get out on the water. Off-street parking is available for up to 4 cars, with space to park a boat, although the garage is not accessible to guests. Located just a 3-minute walk from the sandy shores of Black Point, Sandy Toes is perfectly positioned for enjoying beachside activities, with walking trails and beach access paths directly across the road. Guests can enjoy a range of local experiences including fishing, swimming, crabbing, kayaking and scenic coastal walks, all just moments from the front door. Within a short drive, explore nearby towns such as Ardrossan and Port Vincent, where you will find supermarkets, shopping, dining options and cafés, along with local pubs and takeaway outlets. Country Getaways Holiday Rentals will require credit card details after making your booking and prior to key details being given. **Please note that a refundable security bond (called a security deposit by Airbnb), which is minimum $300 is payable direct to the host (by credit or debit card only) before access to accommodation is granted (which is in line with Airbnb hosting policies for API connected listings.) The office is contactable via phone or email, for information regarding your booking. Bonds are refunded within 14 business days of departure, and following the report from the cleaner. THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU ARRIVE: All properties are fully self-contained; however personal requirements and consumables are not supplied. Whilst some properties may have minimal quantities of toilet paper, washing powders & detergents, and soap; it is expected that guests will bring their own items for the length of their stay. Generally, nothing is provided in the way of food items. Guests need to bring their own tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and other food stuffs.
