All other spaces in the home are for guests' common use. Other things to note Most importantly, guests should take care of the house as they would like their property to be cared for. For stays of a week or more, guests will be asked for a deposit that will be returned immediately at the end of their stay if everything is as they found it. Respect for nature will be paramount, taking care of clean spaces both indoors and outdoors. The use of air conditioning, heating, electricity and water must be totally responsible, we must all help the environment. Pets are welcome, but it is important that they do not get on the beds and sofas. Smoking is not allowed inside the house and the volume of music after 10:00 pm should be moderate to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
