The property is located in Francavilla al Mare, a pretty seaside resort overlooking the Adriatic, in an area full of services. The beach is just 100 meters away, while in about 20 minutes by car you can reach the suggestive Costa dei Trabocchi. The accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony and a terrace. The space The apartment is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with dining table, sofa and TV; - KITCHEN with dining table, gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, moka, kettle, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils; - BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV; - BEDROOM 2 with single bed, wardrobe and desk; - BEDROOM 3 with single bed and wardrobe; - FULL BATHROOM with bathtub with integrated shower, sink, toilet and bidet; - SERVICE BATHROOM with sink and toilet; - BALCONY (with access from bedroom 2); - SMALL TERRACE with outdoor table and chairs and sink.
