A secure link will be sent to you by email or SMS and must be completed the day before your arrival. ⚠️ Without validation, the reservation will be automatically canceled. The pre-authorization is automatically released upon your departure after our cleaning team visits. For your information, as a professional host using management software, we are authorized by Airbnb to collect a security deposit, in accordance with the platform's Terms of Service. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Listing 📝 rules ✦ Check in is between 1600 and 2000, check-out is between 6am and 10am. An additional €25 applies for any check-in or check-out outside of these hours. ✦ Strictly no smoking, even at the window. A fee of €50 will be charged in the event of non-compliance or the smell of tobacco. ✦ Parties and gatherings are prohibited. Quiet must be respected between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Any noise may lead to an outside intervention and an immediate stop to the stay. ✦ Only guests registered at booking can occupy the listing. Any additional people must be authorized in advance. ✦ The accommodation must be left in a good condition: dishes made, garbage emptied, refrigerator clean. Otherwise, an additional fee of €50 may apply. ✦ Pets are not allowed within the listing. In case of non-compliance with this rule, an additional cleaning fee of €100 will be applied to cover the necessary thorough cleaning.
