Cozy Capitol Hill Garden unit

This charming apartment is the garden level of our Capitol Hill rowhome on historic East Capitol Street. Matching the grand style of the upstairs home, the apartment features a beautiful tin ceiling, dark wood wainscoting, and polished brick floors. It's only minutes from the sights, restaurants, museums and night life. Best suitable for 2 adults and up to 2 adults with 2 small children. The space The kitchen, bathroom, and brick floors were completely renovated in 2013. The kitchen is full service (refrigerator, stove top, oven, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, farmer's sink, granite countertops) and equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, dinnerware, and basic utensils. The bathroom was also completely renovated with all new fixtures, refinished tub, and a washer and dryer for those longer stays. The queen bed in the bedroom sleeps two . For groups of 2-4, we provide a spare foldable memory foam queen mattress and sheets, which are currently stored in the bedroom closets. The apartment best suits 2 adults and up to 2 adults with 2 small children for a snug fit. All sheets, towels, shampoo/soap are included, and we provide shampoo. The main living space has a table that seats four, a couch, chair, a desk. Also, of course, we provide free wifi. There is a 27" screen TV on which cable is provided. (Please do not order any movies/shows off Cable, doing so will incur a charge.) Guest access The entire lower apartment that has a separate entrance and of course the seating in the front garden. Other things to note We live in the house (upstairs), and if there are any questions we are easily available to assist. PET POLICY: We are dog friendly and have a pet fee per stay. We accept housetrained/crate trained and non-destructive dogs only. Please let us know upon booking about any pet guest. We do not accommodate for other types of pets/animals. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM.
