It includes: 2 Bedrooms with double beds Bedroom 1: Ensuite private bathroom Bedroom 2: Access to a shared bathroom (used only by guests) Sit-out lounge: A cozy common area ideal for reading, working, or conversations AC in all rooms, ceiling fans, fresh linen, and premium toiletries provided Filtered drinking water, inverter backup, and Wi-Fi available throughout the space Located at Kemmannu, Udupi, on the banks of the Swarna River, just a few kilometres before it flows into the Arabian Sea, the residence offers a unique blend of serenity and connection to nature. It sits beside our Rental Studios called Riverside Retreat, but is a fully private unit with its own entrance. Whether it’s slow mornings by the water or quality time with loved ones, this riverside floor offers the comfort and calm you’re looking for. Breakfast, Tea / Coffee can be arranged by my parents living in the below ancestral home. Guests can opt for activities like Kayaking, Backwater Boating etc. which can be arranged at an additional cost and can be booked on arrival Guests can also access the Wellness Centre - Riverside Spa on the terrace for relaxing ayurvedic and western massages by top rated masseuse in a calm, relaxing riverside setting.
