Guest access Guests can collect their keys from a lockbox located by the building’s main entrance on Charles Sciberras Street, St Julians. The access code will be provided 24 hours before arrival. Your host will be on standby to assist and ensure a seamless check-in experience. Other things to note This property is located in a residential block, so we kindly ask our guests to follow our House Guidelines: No parties No extra guests No pets (regrettably!) HOUSE RULES As this apartment is located within a residential block, we kindly ask all guests to respect the house rules and be considerate of neighbours. These include: No extra unauthorised guests No parties or events No smoking inside the property No pets Please also ensure that noise levels are kept to a minimum, especially when using the common areas, and that quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. are fully respected. Garbage must be disposed of according to the local collection schedule. Garbage bags should only be placed outside on the correct collection days and must never be left in the common areas or obstructing the entrance stairs to the property. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. LOCATION NOTICE The property is located in a central part of St. Julian’s, just off a busy road. During the day, some external street noise may be heard, particularly when sitting on the terrace. Its mostly quiet at night. All windows and doors are fitted with double glazing to ensure the apartment remains peaceful and comfortable inside. This generally has not caused any inconvenience to guests, but we believe in being fully transparent and upfront to avoid any surprises upon arrival.
