Welcome to Sheeling Cottage Annexe. A bright and welcoming two-bedroom property, all on one level, located in Upper Battlefield—just a short drive from the centre of Shrewsbury and close to RAF Shawbury. It's the ideal base for exploring the town and surrounding area, whether you're visiting for work or leisure. The space Our annexe features a spacious, light and airy modern open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area to seat four, and a comfortable lounge with a Smart TV—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Two sets of patio doors open from the living space onto a large garden, which you're welcome to enjoy. There’s an outdoor dining area and two additional seating spots at the bottom of the garden that catch both the morning and evening sun. There are two comfortable double bedrooms, each with hanging space, and an easy-access, step-free wet room with a rainfall shower. With everything on one level, the property is convenient and accessible for all. Directly outside the property, there is parking for two cars. Our location in Upper Battlefield and offers easy access to local amenities, scenic walks, and all that the historic market town of Shrewsbury and the wider Shropshire area have to offer. It's the perfect spot for couples, families, or business travellers alike. Guest access The whole of our home is open to guests to use. Other things to note If you would like a late check-out, we’re happy to offer this (this is subject to availability of our cleaning team) for an additional fee of £35, up to 1 pm. After 1 pm, we will have to charge a further night's stay. Our home is located off the A49 and you may hear road noise when sat in the garden.
