Ideal for relaxing days, evenings together and unforgettable moments. The space The house has 3 separate bedrooms with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space – ideal for families or groups. The quiet design ensures restful sleep and privacy for all guests. - Bedroom 1: double bed 1.80 m * 2.0 m - Bedroom 2: double bed 1.60 m * 1.8 m - Bedroom 3: small double bed 1.40 m * 1.80 m - Optional pull-out sofa in the living room There are 2 modern bathrooms available, which are comfortably equipped with shower and bathtub, sink and toilet. The heart of the house is the spacious living and dining area. Here you will find a cozy sofa area, a dining area for shared meals and plenty of space to relax. Large windows provide a bright, friendly atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine, dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils are at your disposal – perfect for self-catering and shared cooking evenings. Outside you will find a well-kept garden with: - Barbecue corner for social evenings - Jacuzzi to relax and unwind - Seating for outdoor lounging The entire house is exclusively at your disposal and offers plenty of space for relaxation and time together. Guest access Guests have sole access to the entire house, including garden, barbecue area and jacuzzi. Check-in is easy and flexible via key box. Parking is right by the house or in the immediate vicinity. Other things to note Use of the whirlpool must be requested at least 24 hours before arrival, so that the whirlpool can be cleaned, prepared and heated. For each day of use, a flat-rate energy fee of €20 is due for the pool, which should be deposited in cash in the house upon departure.
