Cozy, fully-equipped apartment!

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Proximity to the sea and shopping. The apartment is located in Tanumshede, close to Grebbestad and the beautiful coastline. You are close to lakes if you prefer to swim or fish in a lake. Not far from here, there are petroglyphs and ancient monuments to visit. Within 10-20 km you have two nice golf courses, Mjölkeröd and Fjällbacka. The apartment is within walking distance of Tanum's shopping center where there is access to food, clothing and the like. The space The apartment has two floors. A large double room (bedroom 1) upstairs with a cozy seating area for quiet moments. Downstairs, entrance, dining area for four people (high chair offered if needed) and sofa/TV corner. Adjacent to the living room is a less cozy bedroom (bedroom 2). Outside, there is an outdoor veranda with barbecue area and access to lawn for play and relaxation. Guest access There is a cozy terrace with a roof next to the accommodation. There is a large lounge group with tables for cozy summer evenings. There's also a small seating area for outdoor meals. You have access to a small lawn for games, play and sunbathing. Other things to note In our household, we have two dogs. The dogs walk freely in the garden and are very friendly. If you are very scared of dogs, please let us know before you arrive. Small dogs are welcome at the property, but please let the host know before. Lawn mowing can be done at stay. Bed linens and towels are brought. (Available to rent from the landlord for SEK 100/set, let us know before arrival). Duvets and pillows are available. Cleaning: You as a guest clean the apartment yourself before you check out. Cleaning products and cleaning list available. The apartment is left in the same condition as when you arrived.
