The space This spacious and comfortable 2BHK apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building (no lift). The home features two well-maintained bedrooms—one bedroom with an attached bathroom and the second bedroom with a separate non-attached bathroom. Both bathrooms are fitted with quality Jaquar fittings and have geysers for hot water. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and come with comfortable beds, clean and good-quality bedsheets. An additional room is provided with premium floor mattresses, allowing the apartment to comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests, making it ideal for families and groups. The apartment includes a welcoming lobby/living area, a fully equipped kitchen with all essential utensils for cooking, fast Wi-Fi, and a peaceful mandir space. Guests also have access to the terrace and a designated smoking area. During winters, good-quality quilts are provided, and heaters are available on a paid basis. Dedicated parking space is available for guests. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 2BHK apartment located on the 1st floor. This includes both bedrooms, all bathrooms, the living/lobby area, the additional room with floor mattresses, and the fully equipped kitchen. Guests can freely use the terrace for relaxation and the designated smoking area. Access to the mandir space and common lobby is also available. Dedicated parking space is provided. The apartment is self-contained, ensuring complete privacy during your stay. During your stay I am always available to assist guests throughout their stay. Guests can easily reach me via call or message for any help, queries, or local recommendations. I respect guests’ privacy but am just a call away whenever needed—before check-in, during the stay, or at checkout. Whether it’s about the property, nearby places, transport, or anything else, I’ll be happy to help ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. Other things to note • Scooty and e-rickshaw services can be arranged on request for easy local travel (subject to availability and additional charges). The apartment is located on the 1st floor and does not have a lift. During winters, heaters are available on a paid basis, and good-quality quilts are provided. Smoking is allowed only in the designated area.
