The space This cozy bedroom is a part of a brand new, beautiful and conveniently furnished house with lots of sunlight all around. Equipped with a comfortable, luxurious, Queen Size bed with a memory foam mattress, the bedroom features a sitting area and a desk. All bedrooms as well as the common areas are professionally cleaned and maintained. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a selection of coffees, teas and snacks as well as a fridge stocked with complimentary drinks to help you relax as soon as you arrive. Feel free to treat yourself. The bedroom is located on the second floor alongside three more bedrooms, which are used by other Airbnb Guests. Each room comes with a lock and key so you can be sure your belongings are safe when you’re out and about exploring the city or setting down for the night. A variety of common areas are available for all of our guests. The living room and sitting area have a comfortable couch and armchairs as well as bookshelves filled with books for your enjoyment after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked, coffee, tea as well as drinks and breakfast bars. Feel free to treat yourself. There are two shared full bathrooms in the house, one of the first floor and one on the second which means virtually no wait. All bathrooms are professionally cleaned each day. During your stay We offer self check-in and check-out using a smart lock with a code that will be provided to you and we do not live at this location so you will likely not see us during your stay. That said we are always available and reachable with just a phone call or message and will do our best to help you with whatever you need to make your stay more comfortable. Other things to note - CHECK-IN - The room will be ready at 4pm on the day of arrival. - CHECK-OUT - Guests must check-out by 11am on the departure day established in their reservation. - SECURITY - Please note that the house is monitored by two security cameras located on the exterior of the house with one monitoring the front porch and driveway and another the back porch and back yard. Both cameras are set to record for our and our guest’s safety. -ACCESSIBILITY- General accessibility information for guests that may assist you in choosing our place: * There’s a flight of stairs leading to the front door. * All of the guest rooms are located on the second floor with a long flight of stairs leading there. * The garage is not accessible through outside and the garage door is non functional. The only way into the garage is down a flight of stairs. * There are no guard or hand support rails alongside the toilet or for shower entry. * At the front entry access point, there is a small raised entry step.
