This fully off grid cottage has an Esse wood heater for cosy warmth, gas cooking in the kitchenette and mains pressure gas hot water in the kitchenette and bathroom. The property also has a TV, gas BBQ and undercover outdoor dining/seating space for year round enjoyment. Please note: there are unfenced Dams on this property. Guest access The house is immediately on the left as you drive in. Parking is in the open space in front of the cottage. You are welcome to walk the tracks of the property but please don’t stray from these as the property is unfenced and the track borders our neighbours/private property. Please do not use the facilities of the main house. Other things to note Safety- this property has unfenced dam’s. The track around the full property is NOT suitable for cars/vehicles/motorbikes but push bikes can be used. We do not recommend staying at the property during high risk or extreme bush fire days.
