From Landa in the historic center, a stone's throw from the sea

Monterosso al Mare, Cinque Terre, the apartment is located in the most characteristic area of the historic center a few steps from the sea, cozy, bright, well furnished and very well equipped. Within walking distance of the pastry shop, supermarket, bars, restaurants, boutiques, and wine bars. The space The apartment consists of a room with a double bed (king size), a living room with a one-and-a-half-size sofa bed and an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom, a storage room, and a usable balcony. The use of the sofa as a bed is allowed when booking for more than two people. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a small two-story building, equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and a TV (Smart TV with satellite channels). All windows are equipped with a mosquito net. The bathroom and bedroom windows are also equipped with blackout curtains. The apartment is intended for 3 adults, 2 adults and 2 children, 3 adults and 1 child, or 1 adult and 3 children, as the sofa described above is a 1.5-size bed. Upon request, we can provide a cot/crib (free if available) for children up to 3 years old. We provide towels, bed linens, and beach towels (upon request if available) already included in the price. Guest access The apartment will be entirely and exclusively available to guests. There are no shared parties with anyone else. This apartment is not suitable for people with mobility issues as there is a short climb with long steps to the entrance of the building and a staircase of 8 steps to the entrance door. The village of Monterosso is a pedestrian zone. If you ARRIVE BY TRAIN, the apartment is a 10-minute walk from Monterosso train station. Some directions on how to get to the apartment: once you leave the Monterosso train station (with your back to the station), go left and walk along the seafront. After 300-400 meters, you will find a tunnel. Go through it, and in 2-3 minutes on foot, you will reach the apartment. On Google Maps, enter the address of the apartment: Via Milite Ignoto 8 (the office is on the ground floor). If you ARRIVE BY CAR there is a paid parking lot at the entrance of the village (LORETO PARKING) just a 5-minute walk from the apartment where you can park your car for €25 per day for the first two days and then €10 per day from the third day onwards. Alternatively, there is the larger FEGINA PARK 1 km away from the apartment on flat ground. Other things to note IMPORTANT: CHECK-IN is between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. If you arrive before the check-in time, you can leave your luggage in the office below the apartment. For arrivals on Saturdays and Sundays and on weekdays after 7:00 pm, the office will be closed. Remote check-in via video call will be arranged, and the keys will be available in the "Key Locker box" at the entrance of the building. We will provide the code for the “Key Locker box.” CHECKOUT is at 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure. - The Municipality of Monterosso has recently introduced an "Accommodation tax" of €3 per person (aged 12 years or over) for the first 3 days of the stay. The "Accommodation Tax" will be paid in cash by the guest at the time of check-in and a receipt will be issued by the host on behalf of the Municipality of Monterosso.
