A master bedroom with a king-sized bed with balcony (Bedroom No.1). 2. A bedroom with a queen-size bed (Bedroom No.2). 3. A bedroom with a single bed 3.5-foot size (Bedroom No.3). - 2 bathrooms equipped with a water heater for a relaxing shower experience. Additional Amenities: - All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned. - The living room includes a smart TV 55 inches with internet connectivity. - High-speed Wi-Fi with a speed of 500 Mbps is available throughout the property. Our place is 2storeys with 4bedrooms 3 bathrooms 1 kitchen room and 1 living room. FYI: For those swimming pool(public), garden(public), playground(public) ,kitchen, laundry, 2 private parking and fitness facilities are free of charge. Other things to note Please review and confirm your acceptance of the following details before making a reservation. 📌 Daily housekeeping service is not provided. If you require cleaning services, please let us know in advance. (An additional fee of 1,500THB per session applies.) 📌 We provide 1 towel per guest per stay. If you require additional towel, please inform us before your stay. Guests will be charged for the additional payment 50 THB per 1 towel. 📌 Guests on monthly stays (28 nights and above), the accommodation price incorporates the electricity fee. Kindly note that we included up to 1,500 THB/month (300 units/month) for electricity fees, and any excess beyond this will be the guest's responsibility (5 THB/units),and Free Wi-Fi (High speed 500MB) 📌 Breakfast is not included, but complimentary drinking water is provided on the check-in day. We kindly ask for your cooperation in following the house rules during your stay. ‼️ To help keep costs low and maintain affordable pricing, please turn off the air conditioner and electronic devices when it is not in use. ‼️ Smoking and cannabis in the house are strictly prohibited. (If you wish to smoke, please smoke outside the house area). Otherwise, you will be fined 5,000 baht because it is against the law. We aren’t allowed to smoke at balcony as well. ‼️ No Durian and Jackfruit otherwise will be fined 2,000THB. ‼️Non registered guests are not allowed to stay ‼️ Please take off your shoes and use only the slippers provided for better hygiene and your own comfort. ‼️ Do not leave doors or windows open.
