Archipelago house with its own dock on Yxlan

A spacious, lovely house in the heart of the archipelago outside of Stockholm. It´s private and sunny on a small hill overlooking the sea. The house has modern facilities with a dishwasher etc. There is a pier by the water. When the water level is low you have to wade out a little to really swim. There is a rowingboat and a good place to swim not far by foot or bike. There is a bike free of charge if you´d like to go for a ride. You can drive all the way up to the house. Welcome! The space There is a small rowingboat you are free to use at your own risk, to go for a picnic or swimming. The house is located about 100m from the water, but the water is sometimes shallow so you need to wade a little to swim. A nice public swimmingarea is a short walk away. There is a bike you can use freely. There´s a lovely little dirtroad to go cycling, jogging or take long slow walks down... You can go by car from Stockholm City, including a free carferrryride, in about 1hr45min (110km). Public buses and boats from central Stockholm are also available and stops about 2km from the house. Next island over (another free carferry) has a good grocery store and there are a couple of restaurants within 10-15km. Norrtälje is a cosy little town about 55km away, with anything you need to buy. Guest access You are free to use the entire house, the garden and woods around it and a nice area by the sea. Please respect the neighbours by not walking on their private grounds. There are dirt roads for walking, jogging and cycling and big piers and boule about 1,5km up the road. Other things to note Please be aware of watershortages in this part of the country and use as little as possible. Of course showering etc is free, but be mindful.
