Spacious double room with en-suite

This is a clean and spacious room with an equally spacious ensuite. We are situated about 5 minutes from J20 of the M1 and about 10 minutes from Fosse Park and J21 of the M1. We have two friendly westie dogs who come to work with me. The space You will have your own double bedroom with an en-suite. The bedroom has a kingsized bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, draws, sofa and a TV. The ensuite has a large walk-in shower, sink with illuminated mirror with shaving socket and toilet which is all solely for the use of the guest in this bedroom. Guest access Guests will have access to the open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area. Other things to note We have two friendly Westie dogs, give them abit of a fuss and they are happy. They sleep in our bedroom and unless invited don't go into the other bedrooms in the house. They come to work with me so are not around all of the time.
