The house has lots of room and all your home comforts, there is a massive outdoor seating area looking over the estuary. The house is within waters edge caravan park so you can use all the facilities like the private boat ramp, kids playground, pool (seasonal)basketball and tennis court. you can go out fishing, crabbing and dolphin watching. lots of space to bring your boat The space We have 4 bedrooms, 3 rooms have queen size beds and the 4th room has a queen and 2 singles. Every room has wardrobe space and is very spacious and bright, with black out blinds for night. The large room as ample seating and the dining area can seat 10 people. The dining area leads into the open planned kitchen and laundry and 2nd bathroom On the verandah we have a couch seating and a dining table that seats 10 If required there are 2 port a cots and 2 high chairs Guest access You have access to the whole house, outdoor wrap around balcony. private caravan park facilities.
