This space opens onto a large terrace with an outdoor lounge offering sea views. The floor consists of 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a large dressing room, another bedroom with a 140 cm bed, and a master bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a large dressing room. The last two bedrooms overlook a balcony that offers a magnificent view of the cove and the sea. On the same floor there is a bathroom with an Italian shower, a double sink and a separate toilet. Also, adjoining the main house, you will find an independent bedroom. Access to the cove is regulated by a gate, only residents have access by car. The port and beach are a 2-minute walk from the house.
