Holiday apartment with view of the Millstätter See

Wake up to the sound of birdsong and a spectacular view of the mountains and the lake. Welcome to Haus Berg am See in Döbriach am Millstätter See. Are you looking for a quiet location in nature, but also want restaurants, terraces and outdoor sports activities within easy reach? Then our guesthouse is the perfect base for your next holiday in Carinthia, Austria. The space There is a spacious bedroom (king size bed 180x200cm) with sitting area and patio doors to the terrace with direct view on the Millstätter See. A new, fully equipped kitchen (incl. Nespresso machine with milk frother) and a cozy dining area. The bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet is located in the hallway. Towels are provided. Guest access The guest house has a separate driveway, entrance and terrace on the ground floor of our house. You may encounter us in the garden every now and then but we respect your privacy. The bedroom, kitchen and bathroom of the guesthouse are exclusively for your private use. Other things to note It is generally wonderfully quiet here and you are the only Airbnb guest in the building. The house is built against the hill, hence the beautiful view. The village of Döbriach is visible from the house and within walking distance. Remember that it is quite steep on the way back! We recommend a (rental) car to get the most out of the region, especially for those who are less able to get around. If you prefer to travel by public transport, there's a bus stop down the road. This bus comes from Spittal an der Drau, where there's a train station. The train station has good connections to Salzburg, Vienna, Munich, and other destinations. There's also a ski bus to Bad Kleinkirchheim from the nearby bus stop. Our (small) dog occasionally runs around the yard. If you don't like dogs, it might be a bit difficult. The tourist tax is €2.70 per person per night until November 1, 2026, and must be paid separately in cash upon arrival. “The tourist tax is a legally mandated levy.
