Our Guesthouse offering consists of 3 double bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, spacious sitting room/dining area, well equipped kitchen, private garden, 12 mins walk from town centre. We are onsite in our own self contained apartment attached to the rear of the main house - onsite to help but only if requested - your privacy is our priority. The best of both worlds! The space Your private sitting and dining room is a very large space with a large open fireplace. You can choose to order in a takeaway or cook yourself in the well equipped kitchen! Should you require a specialised product/beverage we are happy to help locate it for you. The 55" television screen has Sky tv and Netflix. There are a number of board games - Scrabble, Chess, Drafts, Poker cards/chips, Monopoly, Snakes & Ladders (for our younger guests!) - and books available. The property also provides a beach umbrella, towels, sun chairs, blanket, picnic hamper, beach toys & paddling pool for that day at the beach or exploring the local area! Your hosts are happy to provide a luncheon hamper for you based on your specific requirements. There is ample outside private space for enjoying the garden and sunbathing. Guest access There are 3 double bedrooms and a childrens travel cot available - the price is determined by the amount of people in your booking. 2 bathrooms/wetrooms service this arrangement. There is a very spacious, attractive and well appointed sittingroom/dining room with ample seating. The 55inch screen tv has Sky/Netflix and a lovely open fireplace. Various games and books are also available for your in-house entertainment. The kitchen is very well equipped (please see listing details) and has an attractive breakfast bar. The utility room contains the washing machine, dryer and freezer. There is ample off road private parking available i.e. for 4 guests cars. The mature garden is very attractive with a large, private patio which is wonderful for a spot of sunbathing and al fresco dining and again can seat in excess of 6 people comfortably. On occasion it is possible to rent the main house along with the owners self contained apartment - this increases the bedrooms to 4 doubles, bathrooms/wetrooms to 3, the living areas to 2 and kitchens to 2. This is reflected in the price. Please contact your host with a view to confirming rates in this instance. Local transport links are excellent with buses available to Limerick city and onwards to Galway, Dublin etc. There are excellent links also in the other direction to Co Kerry with direct buses to Killarney and Tralee. Local cab services are readily available. Your hosts are happy to discuss your travel requirements with you. Please do not hesitate to ask!
