House with garden

Warm house in Hautmont, under renovation, 300 m from the train station and close to all shops. Ideal for 3 people, with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 single bed), equipped kitchen, fenced garden, terrace and barbecue. House inhabited when not rented. 3 adorable cats live on site: cuddly, clean, autonomous (electronic cat flap), dogs OK. Please feed them during your stay. A simple, natural and welcoming cocoon 🌿🐾 The space House still under renovation, the outdoor terrace is not finished but functional and the stairwell is not yet finished (beautiful red carpet😅). Guest access There is a garage at the end of the garden but it is not possible to park the car there unless you give sufficient notice to clear it.
