Welcome to our modern 60 sqm apartment with two bedrooms, private kitchen and parking at the door. About ten minutes to Elmia and Asecs, walking distance to Huskvarna city center. Private entrance, ground floor, beds made upon arrival. Suitable for both short- and long-term stays, alone or in a small group. Bus and train are about a five-minute walk away. The space The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. In each bedroom, there are two beds, storage, and a desk. The living room has a TV and a sofa bed. The kitchen has a dining table and chairs, large countertops, a full-size fridge and freezer, induction stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, capsule machine, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, washing machine with dryer, and towel dryer. Soap, shampoo, shower cream and laundry detergent included. All beds are made upon arrival. The sofa bed is for one adult or two children; the guest makes it if necessary; mattress and sheets are provided. Sheets and towels are included for every guest. Baby cot and high chair upon request. Coffee, tea, salt, pepper and oil are available. The smaller café outside the entrance. Cleaning is included and is done by the host. Guest access The entire apartment is yours during the stay. Private entrance, patio by the door and parking for 1–2 cars in the driveway. Other things to note Free electric vehicle charging from 9 PM to 9 AM. Type 2 socket, 2.3 kW (10 A). There are charging stations within 200 meters. The house has concrete floors, so you can hear the children's muffled footsteps. Folkets Park is next door, and there are sometimes concerts.
