It has a small private patio, a private living room plus a complete modern kitchen to yourself, a bedroom with a double bed, standing fan and aircon for the warmer weather, portable heater for the colder months, a wardrobe and a private bathroom. It is directly attached to the main house. Will I have privacy? Yes. The suite is fully private and includes your own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/living area, and outdoor space. How do I get to the property? You can arrive by car (personal vehicle or Uber). If travelling by bus, the nearest bus stop is approximately a 10-minute walk from the property. What amenities are provided? Please refer to the amenities list on the booking listing. Only the amenities shown there are provided. How do I stay cool on warm days? The suite is equipped with two cooling options: AIR CONDITIONING alternated with a STANDING FAN daily. How do I stay warm on cold days? A portable heater is provided for your comfort. Where can I park a second car? Parking on the property is strictly limited to one car per booking, regardless of the number of guests. Free street parking is available at the end of the street for any additional vehicles. Can I receive visitors? Yes, visitors are allowed, but you must inform me in advance for security and documentation purposes. Only one visitor at a time is allowed. Do you provide cleaning during the stay? Cleaning is not provided after check-in and is not included in the booking cost. Guests are expected to treat the suite as they would their own home. However, I am happy to provide fresh towels and bed linen upon request and will wash the used items for you. Please feel free to ask if you need replacements — I’m always happy to help.
