The Sunset House

Watch the sunset from this cute apartment in the mountaintop town of Vellano. The French doors provide views over the local church with its bell tower and the valley beyond. At night, you can watch the sun set over the mountains and admire the lights of the other castle-towns of Valleriana and the cities. Walking distance: restaurant, bar with breakfast, pizzeria, circolo with summer parties, hiking trails. The space This is an apartment with private entrance on the same level. It is part of a building that is set into the mountain, so while you enter on the same level as the apartment, there are actually three levels below you. This makes for some stunning views. The apartment has 4 rooms: bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom. All rooms have doors that lead into the central hallway. The hallway is very spacious, so plenty of room to store your luggage. The front door leads into a little alley, where there are some plants and flowers, plus a little space to sit, with pillows provided. Guest access Guests can use the whole apartment, it is fully private. There is also a little outdoor area, shared with the other houses on the street, where you can put some pillows (provided) to sit outside. Other things to note There is a restaurant in town, Manero, open for lunch and dinner. There is a bar/pizzeria in town, open for breakfast and dinner. There is a little deli shop and a hairdresser. All within walking distance. For big grocery stores and more, Pescia is a 15 - 20 minute drive. WiFi is through a 5G router. Because of this, the speed may be lower during busy times on the network.
