Here you live comfortably with a fully-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and space to enjoy both sunny days and cozy evenings. Here you live with a sunny garden in a southwest location, perfect for breakfast and lunch in the sun or barbecue evenings under the stars. In the house you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay: a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, washing machine and dryer in the basement, Wi-Fi and plenty of space to relax. If anything is missing – please let us know and we'll try to arrange it! There is a brand new continental double bed in the bedroom upstairs and an extra sofa bed in the living room, also brand new. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and garden. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. Free parking in the driveway. Other things to note Gärsnäs is a quiet and pleasant village in the middle of Österlen, a perfect starting point for exploring the coast and nature: - 20 minutes to popular beaches such as Sandhammaren, Knäbäckshusen and Borrby beach - Close to Simrishamn, Kivik, Brösarp, Glimmingehus etc. - Train station in the village (5-minute walk) – easy to travel without a car. In Gärsnäs there is an ICA store and a cozy café, perfect for coffee and breakfast bread – all within a few minutes' walk from the house.
