In Tanzania, electricity is prepaid (LUKU), so you'll need to top up as needed. Our friendly caretaker is always available to assist with the top-up process. Power Cuts: Like many places in Tanzania, we occasionally experience brief power cuts. While we don't currently have a backup generator, these interruptions are usually short-lived, lasting only a few minutes before power is restored.
