Welcome to Lilla Måsen, a charming 30 sqm accommodation with its own patio in a sunny southwest location – perfect for summer dinners, relaxation and play. Newly-built house with fully-equipped kitchen and all amenities. The accommodation is in a quiet neighborhood, just 450 meters from Grebbestad city center and 1200 meters to the nearest swimming area. Here you get both proximity to the sea, restaurants and activities – and at the same time your own little oasis. Free parking on the street. The space Cozy cottage with a large combined living room & kitchen, open roof all the way to ridge. Fridge, stove, oven & dishwasher. A separate bedroom with double bed. A sleeping loft with double bed. A bathroom with washing machine & Shower. Bed linens and towels are not included, but can be rented for SEK 150/guest. As a guest, you clean the house before checking out. A list of what needs to be done is located in the house. If you don't want to clean yourself, you can leave it to me for a fee of SEK 600.
