Studio Liva | Modern apartment with free parking in Herdorf A furnished 3-bedroom apartment with a lot of attention to detail awaits you on a spacious 80 m². The spacious living room invites you to relax, while the fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils is ideal for cooking evenings together. A washing machine and dryer provide extra comfort. Enjoy the stylish atmosphere and peaceful surroundings. The space Living area The living area is designed for relaxation and entertainment, with a large dining table that invites you to a cozy get-together. For a cozy evening, you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa, rounded off by a large smart TV. Kitchen area The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and a work surface. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. Cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots and all cooking utensils are of course provided. A refrigerator, oven, stovetop, toaster, kettle and microwave for quick meals are not to be missed. The dishwasher takes care of the dishes. To make it easier for you to start the day, a Nespresso coffee and espresso machine with a basic set of capsules is available. You will also not lack tea, spices and oil here. Sleeping area The large bedroom is equipped with a 180 x 200 cm wide bed and the smaller bedrooms with a 90 x 200 cm bed. The bedrooms can be closed by a door. All your clothes will find a place in the dressers. You don't have to worry about bedding, pillows and blankets, because they are part of the basic equipment. Bathrooms The newly furnished, spacious bathroom features a rain shower that invites you to relax. Towels, shower towels and a hairdryer are of course included in the apartment. We invite you to feel comfortable here! For our little guests we can provide a travel bed and a high chair. Please let us know in advance! Guest access The entire apartment on the first floor is available for use. You can access the apartment via your own entrance.
