Welcome to our charming thatched farmhouse on the Baltic Sea! The lovingly furnished apartment can accommodate couples and small families – even four-legged friends are welcome here! Enjoy the great surroundings or a few relaxing hours on the terrace with cozy seating and direct views of the pond. Our place is the perfect retreat for nature lovers, beach lovers and dog owners who want a little break from everyday life. The space Our thatched house is located in the quiet Naschendorf, a small village between Grevesmühlen and Wismar, from which the beach can be reached in less than a quarter of an hour by car. The thatched house consists of your apartment as well as my separate apartment and has enough parking space right in front of the accommodation as well as its own terrace and a large garden with a small pond, so that there is enough nature around, so that even four-legged friends definitely do not miss out with us! The apartment has a large glass front with red wing doors, through which you enter the kitchen and dining area directly. The table is large enough to comfortably accommodate four people. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and includes various dishes & cooking utensils as well as oil, salt and pepper. From the kitchen you come into the hallway, where you will find a shoe rack and a wardrobe. The bathroom is right next door and invites you to relax with the bathtub. In addition, there is an almost floor-level shower and the bathroom is large enough so that you can get ready together here. At the very back of the apartment is the cozy sleeping and living area. Linens & towels are already included in the stay. So you have nothing to worry about. The double bed is 1.80 m wide and, if necessary, the couch can also be folded out into a sofa bed, which can accommodate three or four guests (either two children or an adult can fall asleep on the couch). In addition, this room can be darkened very well by the roller blinds, so that you can sleep deeply. In this room there is also the Internet-enabled TV, on which you can stream YouTube or use Netflix and Disney+. The dresser and clothes rail offer enough storage space, which means that you can stay here longer. In front of the apartment there is a large terrace, with the rear part separated for you. Here you can relax and have your breakfast or end the evening and enjoy the beauty of northwestern Mecklenburg. The terrace is right in front of your bedroom, so that, for example, a baby monitor has reception without any problems. If necessary, it is possible to rent a baby bed and a high chair free of charge. Please contact us again beforehand! Guest access Next to the apartment, part of the terrace is also part of the accommodation. You can also use the meadow next to the house up to the height of the two outbuildings, for example, if you want to play with your four-legged friend. Please note that only the back part of the property is fenced. :) Other things to note The pond is located on the property and is not child safe. The other two smaller buildings on the right side of the property are not part of the accommodation and private property.
