Kondias' Serenity Stone House

Welcome to our bright and cool home in Kontias - a summer "retreat" made with passion, where comfort meets serenity. It's our home, and we're happy to share it! The airy spaces stay naturally cool, while the courtyard and balcony with their view offer moments of relaxation. The sofa in the living room opens to a comfortable bed, while in the loft there is a floor mattress for two guests. The kitchen is fully equipped. Ideal for excursions or absolute relaxation in Lemnos. The space As soon as you pass the gate, you will find yourself in a quiet paved courtyard—ideal for morning coffee or evening wine. From there you enter the ground floor open-plan living room-kitchen, with all the basic utensils, as well as a small WC for quick needs. Going up the internal staircase, you reach the living room of the first floor: a bright lounge with a sofa bed, which is the main sleeping option. From there, a fixed wooden staircase leads to the attic, with a low ceiling (about 1m) and a floor mattress for two people. On the ground floor there is another sofa bed, which can be used for sleeping, while we also provide an extra mattress, if needed. The house also has a fully equipped bathroom with shower, a second smaller WC, and in total comfortably accommodates up to 4 people—ideal for families, couples or small groups who want comfort and flexibility in their stay.
