The space A spacious, modern home featuring an open-plan kitchen, inviting indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a cozy lounge equipped with a smart TV. Three comfortable bedrooms: • 1 x Master bedroom with a king-size bed (zip/link – can be configured as twin beds upon request) • 1 x Double bedroom • 1 x Single bedroom • Additional sleeping space: • A sofa bed in the living room accommodates up to 2 extra guests • Modern family bathroom: • Featuring a corner bath, hand-held shower, separate walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC • A convenient cloakroom with a wash basin and WC Guest access Access is via a key safe on the property in which a code will be provided for prior to your stay. Other things to note Guests are welcome to use the single parking space available in the driveway. Should additional vehicles be required, they must be parked outside the entrance to the estate, as roadside parking is neither available nor permitted on the private road. The property is just a short five-minute walk from the estate entrance. Dogs are welcome at the property for an additional fee of £25 per dog .
