Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Many elderly residents live nearby and enjoy a peaceful environment. We kindly ask for your consideration. If noise complaints are received, a fine will be charged and immediate eviction without refund will be enforced. ・Check-in hours are 16:00–21:00. Our Airbnb is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, therefore check-in after 21:00 is not allowed. ・Smoking is permitted only on the terrace (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM). Please smoke in the nearby convenience store parking lot at night (6:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, in front of the entrance, and in the surrounding area. To prevent fires, please dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtray. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in the above areas. ・Garbage: Please separate trash according to the labels on the bins. Do not dispose of garbage outside the designated bins under any circumstances. ・For guests staying multiple nights: Please note that cleaning service is not provided during your stay. If needed, cleaning can be arranged for a fee of 10,000 yen per service. If you require trash collection during your stay, a basic fee of 1,500 yen plus 500 yen per bag will be charged. ・Insects: The surrounding environment tends to have insects. Please be cautious if you are sensitive. ・Security Cameras: In compliance with health department regulations, security cameras are installed at the entrance. ・Other Rules: Please strictly follow the rules below. Violations may result in fines: Additional cleaning fees may be charged if the room is excessively soiled due to improper use. Costs will be charged for any lost or damaged items. If the number of guests exceeds the registered number, an additional fee of 10,000 yen per extra person will be charged. (Guest count will be confirmed via security cameras at the entrance.) Please separate your garbage properly. Please refrain from grilling meat inside the room, as odors may linger for several days. ・Check-in Procedure: There is no on-site manager. Before check-in, please make sure to enter all guests’ information and upload passport images for everyone through the online guest registration form. ・If you do not check in within 3 hours after your scheduled check-in time, your reservation will be treated as a same-day cancellation.
