Can Piteu is a traditional Catalan farmhouse located in El Mallol, with spectacular views of the Vall d'en Bas valley. It features a large garden with a swimming pool, barbecue area, and games room. The house is spread over four floors, with a spacious dining room with a fireplace, a bright living room with a television, and a renovated kitchen. It has six bedrooms, three bathrooms, and one toilet. Four extra beds are available to accommodate up to 18 guests. The space The house is divided into four floors. We enter the house directly from the garden onto the first floor. We immediately see a large dining room with a fireplace, a bright and spacious living room with a television, and the recently renovated, fully equipped kitchen. On the same floor, we find a toilet and a double bedroom with a bunk bed. The second and third floors house the remaining bedrooms, all very spacious: four double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. The second floor also has two large full bathrooms. In total, the house has six bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and one toilet. To reach the maximum capacity (18 people), four extra beds are used in the spacious bedrooms on the second and third floors. On the ground floor, we find another full bathroom and a large games room with a ping-pong table. Finally, outside the property we will find several terraces, the barbecue area with outdoor tables, a large swimming pool and the entire garden that overlooks the Vall d'en Bas from the heights.
