A 30 m2 living room (TV, couch) adjoining the fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster...). Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms in a cozy and warm atmosphere, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Our rooms are equipped with double beds (160x190) and storage. Hair dryer and iron available. The accommodation is equipped with reversible air conditioning (adjustable to your liking depending on the rooms) as well as Wifi. As well as 2 parking spots associated with the listing. You will find a nice private terrace in front of the apartment (15 m2), under Provencal pergola, with tables & chairs as well as a service to Plancha for your grills.
